On March 6/ 2021, I called at 11am to make an appointment for an oil change and Inspection. The gentleman I spoke with made my appointment for the same day at 1pm. I arrived on time and was greeted by *** ********(name on business card) she was personable and took my keys, then informed me that my car wasn't elgible for the discounted oil change because of the mileage on my car which, I wasn't surprised by. Avoid tire kingdom at all costs! Yesterday, I spent a lot of money to be incredibly disappointed. I always do my own work or have mechanic friends help me do it, but sadly, tires and alignments aren't something you can do at home. Four brand new tires on new rims that I paid someone to paint... And they messed them up and scratched them up! They offered to pay for me to have them redone using a company of their choice, fine. That's solved, sort of. I purchased new Cooper tires from NTB in Frederick MD on August 22, 2020. I went back to the location on 2/2/21 for a tire rotation, had the service done and thought everything was fine. Over the weekend I was cleaning my auto to realize.... miraculously one of my "Cooper" tires is missing, it was replaced with another tire that is a complete different brand. Beware of dishonest practices at NTB. I needed a rotate and balance on a set of Michelins I bought there at NTB Gallatin Tn a couple of years ago. Told them one had a slow leak. Have about 4000 miles on them. After an hour of waiting the guy says he can't rotate or balance because the leak was in the sidewall and immediately tried to quote me new tires. ***They Will Rip You Off (Or Attempt To)*** My coworker just took her car here today to get an oil change. They told her that the person who changed her oil last used a power tool to tighten the oil plug & screwed it too tight and completely stripped her oil pan. They told her it would be $600 to fix & a bunch of other things "wrong" with her car.
