Wrote a google review regarding unpleasant experience for one of their stores. As a followup, spoke to corporate representative who made a follow up appointment next day at another store. She quoted me a price for mounting and balancing. Upon arrival at store, same scenario. Additional charges were quoted upon arrival and I was asked to sign the work order with these additional charges. Most egregious was tire stems.
