I encounter a very unsafe and hostile altercation with one of the employees during my visit at 9011 Annapolis Rd, Glenarden, MD XXXXX. I am writing this report for further action to be taken that cause me to feel danger and unsafe doing business with NTB-National Tire & Battery. recommend taking you mechanic or tire needs anywhere else but here. I have been getting my oil changes and tires at tire kingdom for 4 years. Last time I came in, they did not mention anything that should be replaced or fixed. There was no mention of a oil cap. I come in to get my oil change with my husband and we are the only people with an appointment up and nobody else around. After two hours they tell me I may need a new oil cap or else it would be hard to get off next time, so I said okay. I start walking back to the lo... read more

On 10/01/2020 we paid $76.86 for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, we had to leave the vehicle for service. I returned the vehicle to them the following day because they did not rotate the tires. I learned this because they did not rotate a rear tire that had an extremely slow leak. They did not even check the tire pressure on 10/01. They did discover a nail on the inside sidewall the next day. Not good. Very reckless. I suspect that they may not have change the oil either.

They had my car for 14 days and they still have not finished the work they promised to do. I ended up taking it to the dealership twice, myself they would not deliver it or pick me up, because they could not repair it. Why charge the customer if you can't fix the problem you began work on?

The Palm Harbor Tire Kingdom is great. I've been here a few times and they're always friendly and helpful. They dont play the "up sell" game either. I'd recommend this location for anything tire related.

Awful company! Took my car here for new brakes and tires. (NTB owned by Mavis Tire 92 Taunton Ave, Plainville, MA) THEY PUT ON THE WRONG QUANTITY AND TYPE OF TIRE! They blamed it on the call center and deflected any notion of amending the situation. The store manager took no responsibility in the misinformation I received from the associate who I spoke to, and deflected blame onto the company and that despite the issue, their regionals wouldn't truly care about the situation. Huntsville, AL. National Tire and Battery. My vehicle drove straight when I brought it there and when I left it drove crooked. The Manager ***** ****** and District Manager ***** ***** did not seemed to care at all. Stay away guys.

If I could give 0 I would. Where do I start, I took my truck on Saturday, August 29, 2020 into NTB in Bel Air, MD on Spruce Road. For an oil change. I parked my truck my appointment was at 10 AM they didn't take him in to 12:55 PM. They drove my car from the parking lot to the garage less than 50 feet and a tell me my brake line broke one hour later. If I could give 0 stars I would. Changing a set of brakes shouldn't be a 4 day process. No reaching out to us about keeping my car over night in the first place and has left me without a car for a majority of a work week. I would have NEVER left my car had I known it takes them more than a couple of hours for brakes. "We'll call you when it's ready" doesn't translate to keep my car for 4 days.
