After booking an oil change appointment a few days in advance I still ended up waiting 2 plus hours for terrible customer service. The probable manager, Joshua stated “your appointment doesn’t guarantee that you will get in at the scheduled time but it will get you seen as the next appointment!” I mentioned to him I understand their policy but it’s good customer service to inform your customers if you’re not going to get them in and out at a timely manor. I have been coming here for years and just want to give kudos to an automotive shop when you only usually hear bad things about them. They always take care of me, great customer service and always in a timely manner!!
Great experience. Didn't have an appointment. Was on the road and ran into a brake issue. Got me in out and fixed up asap. I also forgot over $200 in cash on the dash of my car and not one of the guys touched it. Honest and great service. Highly recommended. Facebook Google
Store #120 is amazing! The staff is super friendly, trustworthy and extremely helpful! I was under a time crunch when I arrived and they were able to have two of their team members work on my car at once, to expedite the process. So thankful for this store. Highly recommend.
I got a new set of tires under warranty and they honored it with no problems. Jeff took great care if me.
Tried to help out this business affected by the Pulse shooting but turns out their total f-ing a$$holes. Avoid them. Wanted $33 a tire to repair leaking tires that they mounted! I've bought thousands of dollars worth of tires from these guys and now they won't get another cent from me.
I didn't catch the gentlemen's name who took care or me, but he was great. I brought my car in at 5pm on a Friday evening and was able to squeeze me in for an alignment, rotation, and oil change. I'm not one to give out 5 star reviews unless you earn it. They earned it!
