Well I guess I will stop using them too, you are better than I would have been, I would have gotten corporate number, and called from there lot to give them a heads up about there customer service, I am done with tire kingdom.
Went there this morning with a 7am appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. I bought the last 2 sets of tires for my F-250 there and also had my transmission serviced. Walked in about 6:55 and the lights were still off. Guy was unsocialable. I tried to make some BS casual conversation with him. He mumbles something and then i hear.... Won't ever shop there again. I'll drive to kingsland. Guy up there is a fuckin douchebag. Like bruh, you work at tire kingdom. You are not the shit. Your going to hassle me over a cup of coffee saying it's for paying customers. I bought a tire. Pretty sure I qualify as a customer. Won't ever buy anything from them ever. Not that the company could care but the fact the guy is an asshole caused this.
