RecommendedThese guys are hardworking. They stay past closing to get the work completed. The work they did was almost $275 less than what was quoted by another mechanic.
my wife had check engine come on traveling from Fl to Ma. and was able to stop for night and there was Tire Kingdom 2mi. Called Shaun at our N Ft Myers store who contacted the manager this store. Even though they were busy he got the truck fixed and shes on with her trip. Thank you to both Tire Kingdom crews. Always a good experience!
Those who suffer from arachnophobia need not apply. They must never clean the building. My husband ordered 4 specific tires for the car. The order was taken over the phone and quoted by the Manager and an appointment set up to have them installed. We show up at the appointed time. Well, Manager DID NOT EVEN PLACE THE ORDER and he didn't show up today! Which left the staff scrambling to fill our order. Long story short, they did upgrade our order at the original price. They’ve always done a wonderful job. Try to be patient- they are always busy! I think that says something about the service though.
4 trips to get new tires and alignment really bad service end of story
Paid almost $700 for repair; check engine light on and rough idle. Picked up car after 3 days now oil is leaking and check engine light back on. They say new valve cover gasket they put on was defective. Check engine light still on. Now the new map sensor is defective. This is absolutely ridiculous. Filed claim with corporate because Gary told me he w would fix my car today. Upon arrival he now wants me to come back tomorrow. I just need my money back so that i can go somewhere else. Please and thank you.
In a road trip and discovered I had a slow leak in one of tires. Tire Kingdom needed to service his appointment cars, but squeezed my “slow leak fix”. Only an hour side trip. Cost reasonable too. Thanks for the quick help!!
