With a one o'clock appointment, I sat there for and hour and 45 minutes to be told I should probably come back another day. I politely insisted they look at the car. After a tech test drive the tell me a tire is splitting and the car isn't safe to drive. Then they tell me they do not have the tires in Brunswick . It was suggested that I drive to Kingsland. Really! Plus last oil change they over filled my car and it leaked all over the garage floor! Feel bad for the good people who work for a poor company.
Shawn and his guys are nothing short of Angels. Evacuating Miami 22 hours ago, when we notice a SLICE on my tire. These gentlemen were closed but, replacedmy tore. Kind-hearted, generous men. I'm so impressed and grateful. Be safe
I had a great experience we had emergency 200 miles from home. They not only had my husbands tire in stock but they were more then accommodating to our situation.
