So I took my car for an oil change at tire kingdom and it came with a tire rotation, they let me know that they started the rotation but my tire was bald and needed to be replaced before they could do a rotation. I said ok I’m getting them replaced ASAP anyway don’t worry about it. I got a flat at a most inconvenient time. lol I called and spoke with Jacob. He was courteous, professional and sympathetic. I needed a 20 inch tire and was most impressed with his ability to realize that I just wanted a tire and wasn't in the mood for a hard salesman pitch. I made it in and to my relief, he hadn't just given me a "bait price" to get me in the door to upsale. The price he quoted was the price I paid. I will most definitely be coming back for my future tire needs. Thanks!!
My daughter made appointment today for 5pm. She called to see if they were running on time. Here we are at 6:10 and she is still waiting. They have not updated her. She has already paid for service. This grandma is watching the grands...not happy she is delayed! Would not recommend if appointment can't be timely!!!

I pulled over and had a flat. Just so happened to be right near this place, so I pulled in. They got me in quick and the plugged my tire. I just feel like it was very expensive compared to other times I've needed a tire plugged. It was about $32 here and other places it was only $10. They charged a whole 19.99 in labor for something that was so cheap of a service. Overall the staff was friendly, but I won't go back there due to pricing.
Services were great didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on products or services that I didn't need. Had an appointment, and they were very respectful of my time.
