Took my wife’s 2014 Fiat i a few months ago and they said she need a new ac compressor. Took it back today the kid said clamps and brackets were missing and an air hose was severely damaged. He said who was the last one to work on your wife’s car. “Tire Kingdom”. They are running a scam. Beware!!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Recommended5 stars! I searched and called all around for the best tires and price and i kept coming back here! Service was great and fast and the staff was very helpful! I will definitely go back! Its nice not having to search everytime from now on when i need an oil change or tires! The manager John was fantastic and very patient with all of my questions and its also a really clean building!
We waited 3 hrs for an oil change, after being told two. My fiance went to ask what was going on as truck had never moved. Were told one more person in front of us, ok. Front desk guy came over 20 mins later. We can't change your oil it's completely dry and the engine was about to give out my guy could barely get it to move. Luckily we know our vehicle. today was already poopy day with everything happening , I had my car towed to Tire Kingdom in Sanford , they changed my altanator in a flash. Thank You to the team and Manager

BUYER BEWARE. Do not use this place. Wrenched my oil filter down and cracked it. Oil leaked out and it almost seized my engine. They absolutely will not take responsibility for hack job they had some inexperienced tech do and would have cost me thousands they they were not going to own up for.
Showed up 10 minutes before they closed with a simple nail in my tire. Frankie turned me away saying it was too late and they already had a customer ahead of me. He went on to say that it would take over 30 minutes to do a plug and the other job would run past 7. As I was adding air to my tire I saw the last car get backed out and the customer leave right at 7. No offer was made to assist me. Absolutely horrible customer service. They literally sent me on down the road without no help.
