I am writing this review on behalf of my cousin who is a Vietnam vet that had a bad customer service experience at Tire Kingdom. On 7/16/20, he dropped his truck off to be serviced. He requested for the truck to receive an oil change and have the tires rotated. Initially, everything seemed fine when he left Tire Kingdom. Back in September I had a nail in my tire so I figured I would bring my car in for a patch. I was also due for an oil change so I asked for that to be done too. First and last time I get an oil change at a Tire Kingdom. Fast forward three months to needing my next oil change and I go back to my usual place, Super Lube. They tell me that my oil is black meaning it hasn’t been changed in over three months. So Tire Kingdom charged me for the oil change when I was there in September, but didn’t perform it. Friendly and thorough! Came in at 7 this morning and the staff was ready for me with a smile. Fast oil change, good prices.
Don’t make appointments online. They take walk ins first and don’t reward the time you took to plan your day.
Excellent experience, good people.Will return again.
