Always helpful when I have any issues
On a Wednesday I called to schedule a time to bring my Jeep Cherokee in to have the front wheel bearings checked and replaced. I told the person at the store that I had the Mitsubishi Diamond warranty for the repairs, and that they would need to contact the company on Friday before beginning work. Also stated that the warranty required 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. The employee acted like they understood. Excessive wait times even for basic tire rotations. Miss tire rotation interval by even a bit and they'll void your tire warranty. Every time I've been quoted for a set of tires, when it's time to schedule the service they don't have the brand so I'm stuck paying more for something else bc at that point I need the tires so what choice do I have. After awhile that choice becomes taking my business elsewhere, when it always seems to be something. The ppl are generally nice at least.
