I was in the process of towing my boat home with my truck when I ran over a screwdriver which punctured the left rear tire. Needless to say the tire went flat immediately and it just happened to go flat directly across the street from my Tire Discounters place of business. I was quoted just 45 minutes to change two rear tires, CRAIG booked my car and I told him I was waiting in the lobby. 2 hours pass I go up to the desk to ask when my car will be ready, Craig says” I texted you” why can’t you just walk yourself in the lobby and let me know! My phone died while waiting on my car. So I go the text later when my phone turned back on. I hate this place now and will never return. Thanks Craig.
I have been using Tire Discounters since they opened. All my auto maintenance including tires and brakes. These guys are great. The manager is Hayden Purcell and he is one of the reasons I do business with them.
I called about 30 minutes prior to closing time.Craig stayed past closing time to help me find and order a set of tires. Very much appreciated him getting me a quote and following up with me after hours. From a customer service standpoint, top notch!
Employee was not very helpful when purchasing my new tires. He was rude. Price and tires were great. Customer service was terrible. 1/15/25 Changed for 3 star to a 2 star. Scheduled my oil change online for 3:30 and a guy called me saying he couldnt get me in and that the soonest he had was at 5:00. What's the point of being able to schedule online if it isnt accurate? After this oil change (got it for free with purchase of tires) I will not be back.
