Excessive wait times even for basic tire rotations. Miss tire rotation interval by even a bit and they'll void your tire warranty. Every time I've been quoted for a set of tires, when it's time to schedule the service they don't have the brand so I'm stuck paying more for something else bc at that point I need the tires so what choice do I have. After awhile that choice becomes taking my business elsewhere, when it always seems to be something. The ppl are generally nice at least.

Sent our tech in for a tire. They padded the bill. Didn't give our sales tax exemption. Refused to fix the bill. And basically said not his problem get bent like a rim. They said call corporate.
Traveling from out of town and I got something in my tire causing a flat around 6:30pm, I couldn't find anyone in Chattanooga to help me out, the next morning I showed up at 7:30 at this location and Alex opened up the door early and immediately tried to help me out. He told me his team would be there at 8:00 to get me fixed up and they did exactly that. This place is truly one of a kind and I highly recommend letting them help you out. Thank you Tire Discounter!
