I had a great experience today at Tire Discounters. Mychal got me scheduled when it was convenient for me and Cody took top notch care with my custom wheel and tire setup. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received and the end result. They will have all of my business from now on. Highly recommend.
My experience with tire discounters was one of the worst I have seen. I dropped off 4 wheels and tires to be switched to another set of wheels. No line and people standing around, it took an hour for a worker to even get started on them, and then about 10 minutes per tire to change. Keep in mind these were already dismounted, they were not brought in on a vehicle. After such a long wait, they charged ya 120$! I’m a long time customer, but not a this store. They went out of there way to help me with a problem.
I thought staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I had no problem other than I had to wait 4 hours. For 4 tires. But things happen and I will be back.
waited 5 and a half hours for front brakes, rotors 1 caliper and 4 new tires, the guy who did my truck, worked on 3 others at the same time, running back and forth, cussing, throwing tools, he had no help( I can see why ), managers could care less how long or whats going on in the shop area, they seem to actually stay away from the customers as much as possible also, (did not want to hear complaints), finally done, drive off get less than a mile away, brakes making all kinds of noise, so I go back, they put truck up on the l... read more
very professional but very busy worth the time- are very good to perform rotation and re balance not the cheapest but the 4 wheel alignment made a difference
The technician working on my car wasted so much time milling around and generally just moving at a snails pace. I should have been out of there an hour earlier. He claimed that he couldn't get the hubcaps back on my new rims. I checked to make sure they fit before I got here. I'll do it myself at home.
