RecommendedCan't recommend them enough. The tires they put on our vehicles have brought us safely through horrendous road conditions. Today I had very low tire pressure on standard issue tires on a new car. I had a load of valuables over top of my spare tire. So it wasn't an option to leave the car in a shop or call for roadside assistance. I limped my way in there at closing time. They made MY emergency their problem and fixed it quickly. I will never take my car back to tire Discounters in marysville ever again!! I got my tires rotated and balanced and as I’m driving to Dayton to head to Illinois we hear a noise coming from my back end and keeps getting louder and louder. We pulled over to check it out and my lug nuts are loose! We called them and all the manager said is it’s impossible bc we do a 10 point check and sign off on it! My daughter had a flat tire that AAA changed for us. We got it into Tire Discounters and they got the metal piece out of it and plugged it for free! Tony and Jason were awesome! Definitely recommend this place!
Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Zach was especially great. Efficient and good prices. Will be returning.
In and out oil change in 30 mins..treated nicely..very pleased
Worst service I have ever seen. They have had my car over 30 hours and it is still untouched for a tire change
Not returning. Outfitted 4 vehicles with new tires from here. My 17 yr old daughter has road hazard so returned for tire repair/replacement and they told her to leave spare so they can repair. They lost spare tire for three days!!! She has now asked to return for free tire rotation and they will not accommodate her schedule. I'll just do it at home. Terrible.
Horrible customer service! I called during my lunch break and Jason said my van would be ready when I came at 4:30. I arrived and I had a flat tire and they didn’t have time to do my alignment. I had to reschedule my alignment and a my tire pressure monitor sensor which they broke and didn’t repair properly. I called the day of my appointment and Jason said the technician was too backed up!
