Bad service. Put the wrong oil in our truck, it was low in two days. Did not rotate our tires, which was the reason for the appointment. We marked our tires to make sure it was done, and it clearly wasn't.
Big thanks to Chuck...he is awesome!!!! He had me in an out in no time! Car is driving like a dream!!!
The service was great and the staff is very friendly. But what I love the most is that they treat you with respect and kindness. Thank you so much for my new tires. I'm very happy:)
Great customer service!! They're always knowledgable and they have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. They are fast and efficient! Love these guys!
They do a pretty good job, but they are slow. They never get me in at my appointment time so why do I have to make one.
I did an online quote for 4 tires yesterday and was able to get serviced the same day. Chuck called me back quickly to let me know the tires I wanted were in stock and I could be scheduled in same day. I was in and out in less time than I expected. The guys were all great and made me feel at home while I waited.
