Upon entering the store I was met with a greeting. I was immediately helped by a very personable person who provided information and was not pushy, While the tires were being installed he provided information about a service they could provide. Again he was not pushy and although I declined the service he was still cordial and went right back to work. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.
I have been here an hour, they mounted the wrong tire & are now telling me they don't have the tire in stock that they already told me they had it. �
I want to thank tire discounters for being so nice when dealing with my difficult car. (2016 volkwagon beetle) they had to have a special tool to remove a skid plate with 24 bolts in it. Lol im so sorry.
I took my Cadillac Escalade there before I left for my trip to NJ I had some issues with my steering wheel and a popping sound they not only fixed it the day before I left but also they went above and beyond for me with excellent customer service! They have a new general manager Shawn now who is awesome!
Very slow, was told they didn't have enough employees to keep up! Well I guess you need to hire some new folks! Just came for a simple balance issue and took close to 2 hours. And they weren't that busy! I guess they forget they have cameras where you can watch them work. The guy working on my car would stop working every few mins and check his phone.
Had an appt & it still took 2 hrs for oil change & tire rotate. Did get a good discount for my trouble & flustration but they need to not overbook.
