Worst!!! Anything out of the ordinary other than oil change I would not trust at all with my vehicle. If you value your car at all stay far far away. Recently my husband took his brand new Jeep for a tire carrier. Completely stripped Every bolt hole on the tailgate had to take it to the dealer to fix who could not fix but Band-Aided the problem and now they are saying that they cannot do anything to help the situation. Always courteous. Often busy but they take good care if you once you get in. Close enough you can walk to a store or two to shop while waiting.
Melissa went above and beyond to take care of us. She called and updated me daily on our wheel and was able to save us $400. I have never had a bad experience at the Mt Juliet location. Awesome people! Awesome customer service! Awesome company!
They use the handicap parking spots for their customers who are not handicap. I watched the service men bring the non- handicap cars to these parking spaces and allow the not- handicap people use these spaces. These abled body people are not having to walk very far are allowed to park here and have their cars looked at from the service men. Me being handicap had to park to far from the door. I have never had a better tire buying experience. I got the exact tires I wanted, and my car has never been this well alligned since it was new. Upon checking my brakes, the technician said I needed new pads. It was about time because they had 60k miles on them. They were replaced in a timely fashion. They even turned the rotors free of charge. I don't know of many other discount tire chains that could have or would have done all that. You definitely have a repeat customer with me, and I will highly recommend you to others.
Thanks to Melissa and all the people at Tire Discounters Mount Juliet-they fixed my son’s tail light and were kind and honest when correcting a billing issue. That provides great customer service and a willingness to come back when I need repair work done again. It was greatly appreciated!
My first visit ever. Met a very pleasant young lady (Lex) that had all the answers in an instant. She said it would take about an hour and a half. I took an hour longer, so she gave me a $50.00 discount plus a full wheel alignment. I couldn't be more pleased.
This was my first time comeing to tire Discounters. I have been going to Discount tires for years. I wanted to try your company out. I was extremely disappointed in my service. I had schedule an 11:30 appointment I did not leave your Facility till all most 3:00. This will be my first and last time to us your company. Not sure if the lady that helped me was a manager or just a worker. She should have a class in customers service. She did not try and make my situation any better.
