I made an appt and it still took over 2 hrs to plug holes in my tire. When I left the car shook so bad once I hit 65mph that I turned right around. They fixed the issue...it was a missing weight. Why was it missing? Why was I there for 2.5 hrs just to have a simple job done? I was told that they have been understaffed for some time. Then tell your customer you are booked and make the appt for another time!
These guys couldn't get my truck aligned to save her life. I took the truck to them three different times and finally the fourth time I demanded my money back. While the had my truck the last time they curved the crap out of my brand new wheels and said that there was no way to prove they did. Beware and go anywhere else but tire discounters.

Told my wife she needed 2 new tire today because wires were showing. My wife went back there. Their first problem is they didn't have records of our van until my wife showed them the receipt. Second problem when asked to see our tires There was nothing wrong with them. they said they called her my mistake. Really?
Very good customer service and friendly! Though checked all aspect of the car for safety!
