The current staff was so incredibly helpful and apologetic about an error the old staff made. I felt valued as a customer and was treated with respect. Jim was especially helpful and very clearly explained my problem to me. Unfortunately, my problem could not be completely fixed there, but that was not their fault, and now I know exactly what was wrong which will be helpful when I do get it fixed. Have new tires we got from here, front tire has slow leak have had it in here 6 times and cannot find it. Even took it to Hamilton road store and they can't seem to find it. Used to buy all our tires from here but we will go somewhere else from now on.
Great customer service! Everyone was so nice and Mike was very helpful.. They are speedy too, I'll definitely be back!
Great store where people treat you right! My first place to go for tires, etc.
These guys are the freaking best! I have been bringing my cars to them since they opened and they have always been so helpful and I never feel ripped off. Today, I had something stuck in my tire as I was about to head out of town and they plugged my tire free of charge and quickly! Take your car here!
They are friendly, courteous, and do awesome work.
