Customer service sucks,, now they want 50 character's to post it,,,they suck,they suck,they suck
Robert and crew went above and beyond for my family on a trip. They stayed well after closing time to replace a flat tire with no hesitation in doing so. Thanks to them the trip was saved and they were on the road on a safer tire.
Slow air leak, dropped off vehicle, gave approximate time back, was notified by phone air leak fixed ready for pick up. Good Job, will be back for another set of tires.
They are always easy to work with and are very honest about when they can get to my car. I was in a position to be able to come back the next day, so the made an appointment for me. I cam in the next morning and was out in 45 minutes.
Ive been here for over an hour so far called for an appointment they told me 5 came in at 4:45 still haven't taken my truck back. I've bought 3 sets of tires from this store if this keeps up I'll take my business elsewhere. It's 6:05 now
Best customer service my girlfriend and I have experienced out of a store. The manager and employees believe in making their customers happy and genuinely show it. We will definitely be coming here for service when it comes to our vehicles.
