I had four low tires this morning when I went to my car. my husband was at work the neighbors were gone the gas station air pump was broke of course. I called my dad he said go to tire discounters they would help you. I got there and was greeted by Alex who immediately told me to pull my car to the bay. He had my tires filled and I was on the road within five minutes. Thank you Alex!
Total scam company!! I bought 4 tires - went to get tires rotated and oil changed- ended up paying over 2k for repairs- when I questioned them about it - I was told they are looking into this- then never called back. I have left several messages with no response. Be warned!!!
I bought a set of tires there last fall. Last week I called to make an appt. to have them rotated and to have the pressure checked. When I got there I was informed that they were "running a little behind and that I would have an hour and a half wait". Really why make an appt. Won't use this place again.
Called ahead to ensure they had the tires I wanted on my truck.. They got them in a day before before my appointment and gave me a call to see if I wanted to bring my truck in early that day to get them on. Was working out of town so I couldn’t. Took my truck in the day and time that was set up, with no wait it was taken straight back to get new tires. I received a call in the time quoted to pick up my truck. Very professional! I hope any rotation or service on my tires goes as smooth. 🤞also the alignment is perfect! Thanks
So don't really bother to buy the road hazard warranty 3 year deal because apparently it doesn't cover the tire repair it covers just the rubber. No one explain this to me when I paid $900 for the fucking tires that I got. When I walked in there today to get a tire changed out because that is part of my warranty they wanted to charge me 50 bucks to change it.
