I bought two tires from a place I used to deal with at my old employer. I got a different job so can't mount my own tires anymore. Tire Discounters told me to drop it off,they would mount them. Five hours later and they are about to close and they are not mounted. They didn't want to mount them because they didn't get to overcharge me for tires. If they didn't have an interest in doing the work just say so. They ignore you when you walk in. Customer service is not their strong suit. Never walk in a this place again.
I was charged $29 for a Vulcan patch or plug for a nail in my tire. Ironically I got a second nail in my tire today. I called Discount Tire on Stringtown road and they said they would repair my tire for free. I know where I'm not going next time!!!
They are the real deal in custimer service. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP A PERSON IN NEED AND TAKE CARE OF THEM!!!! I can't thank them enough. Really great people. They are forever my tire go to people....because they care. Rare gem!!
