They set an appointment with you and tell you they have tires in stock but are horrible at communucation. I dropped car off to have 2 tires installed and got a phone message 2.5 hrs later saying they were running behind. Nothing specific, so I stop back to pick up car and it hasn't even been moved. They could've atleast given me a reason for delay and estimated timeframe. Nope, so I asked for my keys and left. There are too many Tire retailers out there who are vying for my business. So my tire went flat as I got off the Newport exit around 7:50pm & I see that Tire Discounters still has their sign on (unlike their competitors who close at 7). I make my way into the parking lot & rush inside. Turns out I ran over something sharp earlier in the day & my tire was not fixable. Luckily, they had ONE tire left that fit my car & were very willing to save a helpless girl like me!!! I was in & out in 20 minutes & I appreciate them for staying past closing. Have had nothing but bad luck with this place. I recently got a full, new set of tires from here and it has been nothing but issue after issue. I have been back countless times to get the tires fixed and have to put air in my tires daily. Each time I come back I have to wait extended periods of time. At one point while I was waiting, I saw someone drive away in my car. I asked what was going on and they said he had to drive it to activate the sensors. Terrible Customer Service. Called yesterday to order the appropriate tires. Was told by Brady I would receive a call today to let me know when the tires arrived to have them installed. Didn't receive a call today, so I called around 1:50pm. I talked with Alex who said to bring the vehicle over right away so it could be completed before 4pm (pseudo close time).
