They seem to take it vantage of a women and the elderly so no I wouldn’t recommend tire discounters in Newport
One of those nice little gestures—fixing my valve stem for free and not a regular customer—that goes a long way.
Had a truck that had a flat. Put a $200 dollar tire on it and sold it to a friend. They had new tires put on truck with the intent of keeping the one tire as a spare but were told that they would not give that tire back. 100% crooks!!!

I would like to thank Jeff,the auto technician,who was very friendly and really helped me out!! You need new people in the front office who talks to customers. They are rude and dismissive.

Everyone hates going to get their car repaired for fear of it being too expensive (me included). But when I got to Tire Discounters in Newport, Lindsay Holt met me with a smile and came out to look at my car. She reassured me that they would get me in and I would only need to patch my tire, not replace it! And she kept her promise. Thanks to her, and the guys in the shop, I left with a patched tire, no headache, and a great place to get my next set of tires!
