I only needed a flat tire repaired, but the lady I interacted with was courteous and helpful. The work was done within a reasonable time. No complaints.

Thanks to Justin and the team at Newport Tire Discounters for helping out with an flat tire. I stopped in to inflate tires after a "low pressure" warning, but after filling and checking all tires, Justin quickly found I was dealing with a bigger problem - two nails. :( They didn't have my tire in stock but I had one delivered the same day, and they were able to do the installation and get me on my way soon thereafter. Quick, friendly, no hassle service. Thank you.
Bought 4 New Tires Yesterday. Got a great deal and great service. The manager took me home so I would not have to wait around in the store. When I got back just before closing the job was done and everything went very smooth. Could not be happier with TD Newport. customer service is their specialty.

A huge thank you to this store and especially Lyndsay! Fixed my second flat tire on route from Atlanta to Michigan. Although the store was very busy Lyndsay was compassionate and caring about our plight. She found us the best deal and all together they had us back on the road �

Stopped in yesterday... Blown 35... Left truck in 4wd while pulling it in and out of the bay... "Inexperienced" tech.... Service was extremely SLOW.. service managers were very nice and professional.. but as they say TO MANY CHEIFS NO INDIANS... While i waited managers turned away multiple oil change candidate's... As in EASY $ for Chip Woods......... How long does an oil change take... Ridiculous... Over priced tire USUAL........ END RESULT.. overpriced extremely SLOW.. lack of experience on the techs....
