Josh and his crew are always helpful and informative. I’ve been a customer for several years now and always have a good experience with getting my oil changed on 3 of my vehicles each time. I have had some other work done in the past as well also with no problems.
Back in May went to the General Booth location. Got inspected,oil change and 4 new tires. Took the suggestion by Mgr to get the road side assistance. This month, Dec, tire keep losing air. Finally went to the Holland rd location as a walk in. Took my car right, checked out tires and found a nail in the side wall. Replaced the tire free except for mounting. No haggling, just did the work quickly and I was on my way. Highly recommend both locations.
I went into Tire Choice to have a nail removed from my tire. They informed me that the tire could not be repaired but needed to be replaced, due to the damage and location of the nail. The tire happened to be under warranty so they put on my spare tire so that I could take it back to the dealer and placed the damaged tire in my trunk. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. The dealer agreed that it couldn't be repaired. When I asked Tire Choice what I owed them, they said, " no charge!" I love it!!!
Josh gave us a lot of detail about the choices in snow tires, which helped us to make an informed choice.
