It's hard finding an honest auto shop, and I went here on the strength of their reviews for a state inspection. I've worked on cars for over a decade and was impressed they did not try to upsell services on myself or the other customers that were there. I watched them thoroughly explain their recommendations without pushing unnecessary ones. The actual inspection took longer than expected, so be prepared to leave your vehicle there, but I will definitely be returning in the future.
I dropped my car off around noon for a state inspection, 6 hours later I called and asked for the status of my car and was told that they couldn't get to it until tomorrow, after catching a uber back home I asked why wasnt this communicated before I left my car there, the guy paused and said yeah well we just couldn't get to it, I expressed that that was very unprofessional after already advising him I would go home and wait and pick it back up later, he could have told me then it might not get done today unstead of me payin... read more
