I am giving two stars, not one, because there are a few nice people at reception who deserve five stars. There are two team members (names provided to the supervisor) who don’t even deserve a single star due to the arrogant way they speak to customers. I hope management addresses their behavior and puts them through proper training. They were very rude and disrespectful and caused me a horrible experience that I’ve never encountered before.
It took us ten days to get our first appointment. Then they cancelled because our tires didn’t show up. Another week for the second appointment, I called a day ahead to make sure they were in and they told me they went out back and confirmed they were there. A few hours later they called my husband and cancelled our appointment again because the tires didn’t show up.

Confusing,I got a tire quote and returned to purchase them but they don't have that tire. They refuse to answer the phone.
Puchased a set of new tires on Dec and on my way back from bridgewater to Halfiax, my tire pressure warning was on ( 30 days after the installation ) because the stem valve is learking and it was 4pm on Friday and I had to pay for extra money to get it fixed. Poor quality of work . Ohters told me just go to other stores and they will ofer the price match and the only benefit you have is free installation if you choose costco but I now know the costs of free installation
