They never answer the phone. I had a message stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled, and asking me to call them. I spent 3 consecutive hours trying to get through. I will never attempt to purchase tires here again. I'd rather pay extra and go somewhere that staff will actually answer an incoming call. This is so frustrating.
Worst service ever. Never going back again
some of the staff are really nice but not all of them. I would recommend you to buy tires from them because it's easy to order on the website and they are always cheaper. However, I would not recommend you to do the installation here because they are not good at balancing tires, they did it twice and yet my tires are still not balanced, it's interesting that they advised me not to drive over 100 on highway after I told them the car gets shaky above that speed, I guess they can only balance your tires when you drive within 10... read more
