I have changed all my tires, since I don’t have a spare I requested to have the good one spared for me the woman even wrote it, since I was so busy running errand I did not realize they didn’t place one tire as spare at the back, and when I went back after a day they said it was too late (I mentioned this during the tire rotation) I have been told to go to the customer service and speak to manager - since they were busy the woman in customer service gave me a photocopy and said they gave it to manager and I will be contacted... read more
I do not recommend this store. The employees are very rude. They denied the service because I did not know where to park the car. It was my first time in the store. I stopped my car there to ask how it works because I had done my appointment online. I thought that I needed to drop off my car there.
I am giving two stars, not one, because there are a few nice people at reception who deserve five stars. There are two team members (names provided to the supervisor) who don’t even deserve a single star due to the arrogant way they speak to customers. I hope management addresses their behavior and puts them through proper training. They were very rude and disrespectful and caused me a horrible experience that I’ve never encountered before.
It took us ten days to get our first appointment. Then they cancelled because our tires didn’t show up. Another week for the second appointment, I called a day ahead to make sure they were in and they told me they went out back and confirmed they were there. A few hours later they called my husband and cancelled our appointment again because the tires didn’t show up.
