Worst service ever. Never going back again
some of the staff are really nice but not all of them. I would recommend you to buy tires from them because it's easy to order on the website and they are always cheaper. However, I would not recommend you to do the installation here because they are not good at balancing tires, they did it twice and yet my tires are still not balanced, it's interesting that they advised me not to drive over 100 on highway after I told them the car gets shaky above that speed, I guess they can only balance your tires when you drive within 10... read more
Confirming all the other reviews: rude & aggressive !! The tattooed lady in particular!! They may do good work (though an hour to change 2 tires is crazy to me) but above all, the client relation is pitiful!
Got my tires with Costco 11 months ago and only drove 20k km out of 110k km warranty, was told I’d pay only 20% of the price by a guy named Allen, came in a week and Allen tells me I have to pay $1150, I tell him the story once again and he grabs my keys without telling me the price and leaves. Come back, they give me another her amount that I was not ready for $750+ 97$HST I asked to do the math in front of me and they got another number, $640 tax included.
