If you live near Torrington CT-don’t go to Tips and Toes nail salon in Torrington CT - our appointments were made 2 weeks ago we were there at 9 when they opened and JUST NOW got done at 12:30. TERRIBLE SERVICE- don’t waste your time or money.

We had miscommunication about appointments. The first 2 times one of you tried to book 1 more person at 9 or 10 am, I said that we have no room available. I’ve been to almost every nail salon in Torrington.. and I cannot say enough good things about this salon. It’s super clean, everyone is extremely nice and professional. Tom is extremely meticulous in his work, and strives for perfect results. They even offer a 10 day warranty on their nails! Which to this day I have yet to take advantage of, considering I always leave satisfied beyond my own expectations. Amazing place.
Tom the owner and the entire staff are amazing and extremely nice! Prices beat anywhere else I've been for great quality and detail. Tom gives a 10 day guarentee if something chips, breaks, peels..whatever the problem is he will fix it within 10 days of services. Noone else offers this! Highly recommend having your nails or pedicures there. They even do massages, lashes and waxing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
