Unfortunately I have given this business many chances to do my nails. I have long, real nails and typically get a gel change when I am there. Today my long nails were hacked off, extremely poor customer service, polish was put on super quickly/not even, the person even took out a cigarette and took a smoke break while doing my nails! Super unhappy with the service and quality of my nails. Will not be returning to this establishment.
Ben is amazing! He always gets the job done, is courteous, creative and my nails always last FOREVER. Definitely worth the money and time! I won't go anywhere else from now on �

I have been to this place two other times. Those experiences were fine. I got gel nails done. But this time I was very disappointed. I just wanted a pedicure. Saw on their price board that it was $25.00. When I went to check out, she said it was $35.00! I asked why? She said because I got the deluxe pedicure. On the price board, it only shows one price. Terrible service. Guy who did my nails told me he was the only one is Eau Claire to do powder ombré nails.... he argued with me about how he is the best and was beyond rude when I decided to just get gel instead. Nails turned out terrible. The design he pushed me to get was ugly. Went and got my ombré done at v&v nail salon and they turned out perfect.
Came in, showed them a picture on pinterest, left with beautiful quality nails! Ben kept checking with me the whole time to make sure I liked what he was doing. I've also had very relaxing pedicures here. I will be back!
Very clean! Smells great inside and haven’t been disappointed in the gel manicures or pedicures. Recommend!
