in and out in 15 mins, asked for more white on my tip was told "I don't have time" I mean isn't that your JOB after all to be there for the customer?? well my search continues for a reputable mail salon where the people running it ACTUALLY care about their customers and not just getting them in and out!!
Went to Tips and Toes to have them fix another shop’s manicure. They did an amazing job!!! He has to reshape, redo, fill and paint and he did it all in 30 minutes and they turned out perfect. Sold!!
Everything was real clean. Use sterilized tools. Very friendly.
I went with my daughter to have a birthday pedicure and it was terrible. She never talked to me and when she made my toe bleed twice never apologized. I was in shock. As a human being if you made someone bleed at minimum an apology would be something I would hope most people would do. I allmost had a panic attack and walked out during but I drove to Eau Clair to spend some time with my daughter and didn’t want to ruin our time together. Preoccupied, unprofessional staff. ON THEIR PHONES!! Talking, laughing, not paying attention-the customer in front of me took 3x longer than every other salon I’ve been to. NEVER, EVER, again. I was waiting and left. So disappointed ☹️- I will not recommend them to anyone. And they were rude, snarky, and obviously inconvenienced.
Went here for the first time yesterday with my mom and sister and was very disappointed. For starters we had appointments and didn’t get started for a full 30 min. They made one of my toes bleed and never said anything about it. They also made my sisters ring finger bleed. They were very aggressive and not friendly. My sister has also now noticed a large crack in her big toe nail and will probably loose it in the next few days. Will not be going back
Pretty simple this last time, BUT, I love going here! They’re all so nice and really make you feel welcome! Such a good job on my nails. I won’t be going to any other place, for sure!! Thanks guys! ❤️
