My girls and I have been going there for a few months. We all got acrylic nails and at first loved them. The first few times we went back for fill, trim and polish it cost me 20.00/girl, so 60.00 total. We were there Saturday for the same thing fill,trim and polish and now it costs me 35.00/girl, so 105.00 total. Why the price change. I was completely shocked. That is a 45.00 difference, which is insane. We also had scheduled appointments and they were running 20 mins behind. Very frustrating. I will not be returning.
I think this nail salon is becoming too busy for there own good and the quality is going downhill. I used to love coming here and was a regular customer for over a year but I will be finding a new nail place. I have gone in multiple times now with an appointment made in advance and still had to wait 30+ minutes to get in. The services then feel rushed because they are running so behind. The last time I was in my dip manicure chipped within literally 2 days.
I came in last night an hour and a half before closing. She ended up having to stay 30 minutes late because she wanted to fix my horrible nails the right way and not rush! Amanda was so great to me AND my family! She fixed my nails to perfection. I will never go anywhere else ever again! � Thanks again Amanda!! �
