Worst experience in service department ever!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I had to look for someone to help me, and when I found a salesman he seemed uninterested in me, and had little to no interaction in showing me a vehicle. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with the sales team here and I will most likely look for Chevy vehicles up the valley from now on.
I know they don't know how to fix diesels....go someplace else unless you like being taken advantage of. Charged me 5,000.00 to attempt to fix my truck and it would not run . Had to take is someplace else. Will never go back there!

Tipotex Chevrolet A+ while I worked there, but left with a bad taste in my mouth after after getting 20+ pay plan changes and getting constantly told I made too much money. . I thought it was a performance based industry..... SMH... Bunch of emtpy promises. Other than the management staff. .. I worked with great people.
