Great customer service. Shawn gives excellent recommendations on what’s best for your specific vehicle and always follows through with great work. I’ve never been disappointed.
Called for the past two days in a row to get work anywhere between 6-9 times a day and nobody answers so.
Came around 1 today. No one was there? No sign that indicated they weren’t open. I called several times. Really wanted to get my radio installed truly disappointed. Also very unprofessional to leave an unlocked store unattended I was able to just walk in no problem but no one was around.
Quotes are astronomical compared to his competition. If you’re willing to go to Joliet the prices are a fraction of his.
