From start to finish Tinsley and her assistant, Marian Carter were professional, efficient and expedient in carrying out the process of us buying a new condo. When we had questions, they were answered quickly and efficiently. And the team she assembled at closing was amazing! One of the best that I have ever worked withif not the best!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tinsley Myrick, both in her real estate dealings and her YouTube channel, Salty Abandon. As a real estate agent, I found her to be unresponsive, misleading, and far more concerned with self-promotion than actually assisting clients. Communication was lacking, and any attempt to get direct answers felt like pulling teeth. Tinsley has been selling on the Gulf Coast for as long as I can remember, and I have been doing this for 25 years! She knows her STUFF!!!!
I have bought and sold multiple properties with Tinsley. Each transaction has been fantastic. Super efficient. She always does what she says she is going to do, when she says she is going to do it. My last two beach properties sold in less than one week with her. The speed at which correspondence happens is amazingly fast. Everything is high-tech and smooth. She crosses every T and dots every I. I will always go back to Tinsley anytime I buy or sell property along the gulf coast.
