I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tinsley Myrick, both in her real estate dealings and her YouTube channel, Salty Abandon. As a real estate agent, I found her to be unresponsive, misleading, and far more concerned with self-promotion than actually assisting clients. Communication was lacking, and any attempt to get direct answers felt like pulling teeth. Tinsley has been selling on the Gulf Coast for as long as I can remember, and I have been doing this for 25 years! She knows her STUFF!!!!
I have bought and sold multiple properties with Tinsley. Each transaction has been fantastic. Super efficient. She always does what she says she is going to do, when she says she is going to do it. My last two beach properties sold in less than one week with her. The speed at which correspondence happens is amazingly fast. Everything is high-tech and smooth. She crosses every T and dots every I. I will always go back to Tinsley anytime I buy or sell property along the gulf coast.
I really appreciate the work that Tinsley put in to get us a condo that checked all of our boxes, and met all of our needs. We are really loving it and the Orange Beach and Summer House community. Tinsley set up, and more importantly, met an aggressive timeline to complete what was a fairly complicated condo purchase from an estate soon to be saddled with a looming and large special assessment.
Tinsley and her team were amazing! Determined, thoughtful and organized, she handled every aspect of the transaction with poise and professionalism, keeping our best interests top of mind and exceeding our expectations! Highly recommended!!
