Horrible job on my nails today. All my nails should be the same color and they are not!
We scheduled an appointment for pedicures and were there for nearly two hours becuase they were so incredibly overbooked. We had another event happening later in the day and if we wouldn't have sat in the chairs with our feet in the water for at least a half an hour would have left with enough time. I also watched my nail technician put used tools, that may have been rinsed, into whatever those disinfecting bags are and sealed it and came right over and used them on my feet. Is one of those day that all our technician work so hard to make sure everybody get there service in a relaxing way. Second of all we always guarantee 100% all out tool is always disinfected before use on our client. Once again your comment is always appreciated so we can make sure it won't happen in the future again .
My one toe nail got cut pretty badly, and then 3-4 of my nails are smudged, but the gentleman told me they were dry and would be fine. They were attentive and good during the pedicure, but I don't think my results are worth 44 dollars (especially since the pedicure is ruined on the first day)

I love this places. Everyone is happy and friendly. And they do an amazing job. Best I have ever had .
I went in to get my nails filled after having a set put on 2 weeks ago four of them broke off so the guy told me he had to put a whole new set back on which I was charged for again and I felt very rushed because I also want to have a manicure which he did not do. I'm usually there at least once or twice a month when I'm back home in town

Hi Marie! We apologize for the misunderstanding in regards to the service you requested by our technician to get a white tips be put on. The set that you had with four broken nails was a dipping powder which is a different product that we had to removed it in order to put the white set on. For future reference whenever you have dipping powder on and would like to change it to a different service we would have to remove it before we start on what you will request for.
