RecommendedCame to Dr Tin for a second opinion. I had been suffering for 16 months with what the cataract surgeon kept saying was dry eye. Last time I went for my appt with that Dr. NOONE in the office was wearing masks. Including the doctor who would have been mere millimeters from me. Other doctor kept giving me dry eye drops to no avail. Only one that actually helped has been costing me $700/mos on top of the steroid drops which were $275/mos.
