RecommendedJust wanted to give a big thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Timpanogos Regional Hospital. The care I was given was the absolute best!
I have never had a more involved and caring doctor than Dr. Monroe. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this man as a person and as a doctor for children. The minute he walked in the door my anxiety calmed and I felt good about putting my daughter in his hands.
My daughter was recently discharged from the PICU and Peds floor. She was very sick and Dr. Monroe took such excellent care of her. The PICU nurses, respiratory therapists, and Dr. Monroe were so caring and explained everything that was going on and the plan of care so well to us. We are grateful to all of you. It’s so nice to have this level of care so close. I’m grateful to work at this facility as well and can attest to the excellent care you will receive here.

Such an amazing staff, from the front desk, clear through pre and post op, and a quick response phone call answering all of my questions. Then to receive a get well card from everyone who assisted in my same day surgery was icing on the cake. I highly recommend them . Plus the cafeteria received raving reviews from my hubby
The staff is awesome but, when it comes to paying your bill, it's awful. Timpanogos Regional Hospital you should end your partnership with MyHealthONE. Their system feels like it was built by a hobbyist from craigslist. All I want to do is pay my bill but the system can never find my account even though I have all the required info. MyHealthOne has always been awful at allowing multiple bills under one account. I want to thank Dr.Monroe and his team in PICU for saving my BaBy Girl life. She Had RSV and Dr.Monroe was very gentle and kind to explain every detail. I will thank his team for evere thank you guys and girls for taking good care of my BABY. one more thing the Girls are amazing taking good care of you and your baby their the best. thanks . keep on doing the best for all man kind.
