Dr. Farhat and the PICU nurses/children’s nurses took excellent care of my daughter. The staff is so incredibly friendly and reassuring in your time of need and kept us informed at all times with every detail of their plan. I can’t talk enough about how great Dr. Farhat and the nurses were.
I already left a detailed review on google, but apparently my review was not posted here. Too exhausted to write everything again, but must say this was the worst experience at a hospital I have ever had. After 18 years of Crohns and a seizure disorder, I am no stranger to hospitals. The breakdown in communication is unbelievable. I not only would not recommend Timpanogos, I would strongly advise against it. The lack of communication and follow through will kill someone, if it already hasn’t. The ER doctors spend as little t... read more

I have always liked Timpanogos Hospital. When I lived in Orem I went there because it it was close. I moved to American Fork and later Lehi and continued to go there. Even though the drive was 40 minutes. Last year, my family and I must have had to go to the Emergency room at least 5 times. A nightmare in and of itself but the bad experiences-lung problems, needed operations was not the nightmare. The nightmare was the billing. Timpanogos Hospital does not know how to bill two insurances. This year we of course had to go to ... read more

Dear Allison, we are certainly sad to see you going elsewhere. We have looked carefully at the processing of claims and have found no mistakes. We encourage you to contact your secondary insurance to discuss the ER copay in relation to their explanation of benefits. If you would like to discuss this with us for any reason, please contact Jared at 801-714-6550. We sincerely hope that you and your family are well.
My husband was rushed to the ER at Timp Hospital on Friday morning. Amid the COVID crisis the ER staff were very helpful and accommodating. The doctors and nurses who worked on him in the ER are literally life savers! Thank you for getting him back. The doctors and nurses in the ICU were amazing as well. They took great care of him and kept me informed since I was not allowed to visit. I deeply offer my gratitude to all of you for saving his life!
We like it better than the IHC. We feel like the Dr here listen more and have a greater understanding of being human.
Have worked there for 20 years.a great place.
My life was literally saved by Dr.Allen Naylor, the ER staff and the team in the cardiac ICU. Over a period of 12 hours and 5 cardiac codes they valiantly performed CPR and 27 rounds of AED defibrillation to save my life. I will be forever grateful.
