I had my 3rd baby here a couple weeks ago and the nursing staff was so incredible. I loved having them for me and my baby. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone who is having a baby.
We took my son to the ER on Christmas Eve day. He had appendicitis but it didn’t show anything on his blood work. Dr Madsen had a CT done and found it. We were admitted to the pediatric unit. My son had fantastic nurses and they took excellent care of him. Dr Trotter was the surgeon and spoke to my son about everything to expect and answered all our questions. My son asked for pictures and Dr Trotter was more than happy to provide them. OR staff was friendly and helpful as well. Great place for pediatric services. The only d... read more
When our baby needed a week in the NICU, we were all incredibly well cared for and knew that we were welcome to spend as much time there as we needed/wanted. Giving birth there was a wonderful experience, and everyone we worked with genuinely cared about the wellbeing of our entire family!
I can’t speak highly enough of this hospital. Their labor and delivery unit is incredible and their pediatric unit is the best of the best. Dr. Monroe, who runs their pediatric unit, is one of the best pediatric doctors in the country. Their program gives Primary Children’s some serious competition and you can stay in Utah County!
NICU was awful. My Labor and Delivery nurses were amazing but super disappointed in the NICU. MOST of the nurses were terrible some were awesome. They don’t give new moms that are scared any sort of hope or comfort. When asked about going home times was given short answers. Would not recommend this NICU. To be in the NICU I feel you need positive personalities not nurses that just are staring at the clock all day. This is a trying time for any mom some emotional support would be appreciated
is there courtesy and friendly atmosphere
