I have been served in the ER and for two surgeries with overnight medical stay. No matter what service was being rendered, all of the staff in all the department's have provided warmth and kindness. I was impressed how quickly the service is in the ER compared to larger hospitals I have gone to in the past. Modern equipment too my recent surgery was performed with robotic arms. Exceptional service and I highly recommend Timpanogos Regional Hospital.
Took my daughter to the ER yesterday because she stuck two googly eyes up her nose. They were fast to get us back and were all very kind. My daughter is deaf so I thought it was extremely awesome that the lady doing paperwork asked me how to sign "You're Welcome" after my daughter signed "Thank You" to her :)
Last night around 8 PM I brought my dad to the ER for severe pain. The women who checked him in was very nice and helpful. When I needed to write him a note later she welcomed me in to see him. She was very helpful and kind. My parents commented to me on the way out how nice all of the staff were to him. You were able to get him the attention he needed very quickly. I'm very grateful for the compassionate service you provided my family last night!
