I absolutely hate this hospital! They are horrible with little kids and they have very poor customer service. The lab is the worst. Tell me how you send a 17 month old patient home and tell the parents to have him pee in a cup for a urine test the doctor requested!?! Worthless! Aren't they supposed to be there to help make people better.
Absolutely 5 stars. Negative not even possible here. The best of the best medical care. IHC hospitals are GARBAGE. Timpanogus regional hospital is the best! We've been to Provo and orem...Never again! I will only trust timpanogus (Mountain star network) hospital. Absolutely Awesome!
The nurses and social worker made the experience! Everyone was so kind and reassuring. We tell everyone it is the only place to have a baby!
Worst hospital I have ever been to. Do not go if you are in a bad mood. I came in and needed to be seen for a medical condition and they called the police on me
This hospital has saved my husband's life more than once, but my experience the last week of August 2015 was far from their finest hour. I posted a comment regarding his treatment and was told to call a particular number, which I did, and I left a message. My call was never returned. I'm sure that my previous post is here somewhere but I cannot find it in order to retrieve the phone number again.
