Everything was great for the birth of our first child! Jameia and everyone else took great care of us throughout the labor process. Very relaxed, low stress experience. Thanks!
If my options are to go to Timpanogos hospital or to die in the gutter I will literally rather die in the gutter. There is no one there that can help you with claims. They don't know how to bill insurance companies. And your stuck with a bill you have to pay but they never actually send you a bill. So just plan on being sent to collections even though you have insurance and would gladly pay any bill. Thank the Lord for Mountain Point Medical center.
I have chronic pancreatitis so I get to spend alot of time at the hospital. The ER staff was fabulous as always and managed my pain well. Had to be admitted to the fore this time. My nurse Danielle was excellent, but the admitting doctor did not listen to me about what works for managing my pain and he left me in agony for close to 4 hours before finally ordering the medications I had repeatedly said I needed. I feel like I was very well taken care of. The nurses in recovery were very caring and made sure everything was done correctly. They made me feel that my comfort was important to them .
Our Nurse Katy was such a blessing and help to my mom and our family during mom's final moments she helped calm our fears and comforted all of us during this time. I appreciated knowing I had a friend to turn to for anything even if I just needed to talk. Katy's sweet nature was calming to our mom who'd been quite agitated and she helped her to move on peacefully!
