Dr. William Sparrow was patient, understanding and willing to take the time to make sure I had the right hearing aides, that worked the best for me. You should give he a try.

Dr. Garrett and his staff have been taking care of me for over ten years now. I lost most of my hearing as a teenager and have steadily lost more and more of it over the years. They understand how important it is as a business woman, that I can communicate in a crowd, on the phone and in intimate settings and they have found solutions for me. I have enjoyed working with them to find the best answers at prices that work for me. I could survive my life without them!!

I am sure they are the best in the business. They are not only the most knowledgeable, but provide the most professional service, products, and customer care. They are so friendly and helpful that going there is like visiting family! They even give free batteries for life after selling the best available hearing aids for a reasonable price!!

I have been going to Timpanogos Hearing for many years. Just recently I had a major hearing problem. It was Dr. Garrett who found the problem. Through his testing he found that my left eardrum wasn't moving at all. He referred me to a doctor who fixed the problem. Also, a few years back I lost one of my hearing aids and Timpanogos Hearing sold me a pair of hearing aids someone had traded in. They were very reasonably priced. I have been so impressed with the service and care that I have received from Timpanogos Hearing and Balance. I went to them reluctantly when I was referred by a good friend. I had been to so many other places and nobody was able to help me like I needed to be helped. So I went to Timpanogos Hearing knowing that they wouldn't be able to help me either. When I walked out I could hear better than I've ever heard in my life. It was amazing what they were able to do to help me hear better. You guys are the Greatest!

Why would I travel a hundred miles round trip for hearing services when I probably pass that many other audiologists on the way? Timpanogos Hearing and Balance is the best! They know their stuff, are reasonably priced and treat me with respect.
