I have owned 3 sets of hearing aids previous to visiting Timpanogos Hearing. I was one of those who used them for a while and then got frustrated and quit. I decided to check out the latest technology in 2017. I was very pleased with the Oticon hearing aids. The staff was great to work with and their main goal was to help me find a hearing aid that I would be happy with and wear forever. I have worn hearing aids for 31 years now. I recently moved to Utah and needed a repair on my right aid. Dr. Sparrow was very helpful and my aid was fixed in a timely manner without any cost from his office. Here we are, a year later, and I have new aides just in time for Christmas. Dr. Garrett helped me through the process which went very smoothly. I went with a new brand of aides he suggested and love them! Thanks to the office in Spanish fork. They're very good at helping you get the hearing aids that you need, the difference to be able to hear people,birds. To be able to turn down the TV instead of up. I say go see them.

I have loved coming to dr. Garrett and his staff. I am on my second set of hearing aides with them. They have always been so accommodating to me and my schedule. I love how kind and courteous they are to me. I have been coming here for about 10 yrs or so and i highly recommend them to anyone who needs an audiologist.
