I had three hearing tests before going to this office. The others agreed I had severe hearing loss. I chose this office because I felt confidence in the medical training and knowledge of the Dr. not only is he friendly but very thorough in accessing my specific needs. I can't believe the difference in the quality of life I now enjoy. Best in State for sure!!!
Dr. Garrett is great! He is very knowledgeable, but can explain everything simply so that you leave feeling confident in the decisions about which hearing aides are best for your personal situation and needs. It was actually fun test-drive the hearing aids before having to make a decision as to whether or not they were right for me. The follow-up care and service is also remarkable, and I would highly recommend Timpanogos Hearing and Balance to my family and friends.

Dr. Sparrow was fantastic in clearly explaining how each step of the hearing test would go and how the info gathered would help to personalize a hearing aid specific for my needs. My hearing loss is not very significant yet so I was amazed at how much difference I experienced in the clarity of speech I was able to discern. I'm currently wearing a trial aid to determine if the difference is enough that I want to commit to it. Definitely a customer first office!

Dr. Garrett is amazing and made it possible for me to hear my little one's voices. I was very nervous about getting new hearing aids, but technology has changed so much and Dr. Garrett made it such an easy and calm process for me. My hearing aids match my purple glasses and many people don't even know I have them. Thanks for restoring my hearing and my confidence! Everyone at the office is so nice and willing to help you in any way that they can. My experience with Dr. Sparrow and Dr. Garrett was phenomenal! Both of them treated me with respect and answered any questions I had. They both are willing to do whatever to make sure you have a positive experience with them. They won't push into anything that is not for you, they truely will work with your needs and desires to enjoy the sounds of life!!

Everyone is so helpful and seem to enjoy the work they do. I went in today because my hearing aids didn't seem to be working like they used to. In less than 5 minutes the problem was discovered, corrected, and I went home able to hear a lot better. Thank you Timp Hearing
Dr. Garrett has been a great. And I am lucky to be a patient of his. Plus those who work with him are very nice and courteous to me. Dr. Garrett is willing to work with you when it comes to purchasing hearing aids. One other thing I like is a couple times a year he holds Q & A for you or your family and friends to attend.
