He wasn't overall helpful. I left, with the same knowledge that I entered with. I needed foot care badly, planter Fas. and bone spurs. With his poor service, I didn't bother go back to foot doctor until 2 years later. Now my feet are really messed up! Also, I must add, his staff are the so RUDE! It is all about money. I called to get a copy of my file ( I leave an 1 1/2 away) and she refused to mail me a copy ( said that it cost the office to much money for postage, if all patients needed files mailed), refused to fax it or ... read more
My daughter and I both have seen Dr Macklin, we are both RN's, the office staff were very nice. I would definitely recommend him,she will return for follow up to have an orthopedic device to help her
Very compassionate doctor and takes his time with patients. I would highly recommend this doctor!! Very clean, professional, comfortable, and friendly office.
Okay since all of the reviews that are on here must be the staff writing them I feel that his patients should be able to hear an HONEST review. Dr. Maclin was very rude and was not compassionate at all with his patients.He was very rude to my mother in law when she took my father in law and all he could rant and rave about was the insurance and money.He was angry that his staff was sick and told us that he doesn't have the time to call his doctor to ask medical questions that my mother in law was not sure of. I was very impressed with this Doctor. He was very caring and has a very nice facility. You can tell he really is concerned about his patients.
Dr. MacLin was a wonderful suprise to me. He was not in a hurry and spent as much time answering my questions. I diffently recommend him as a top Podiatrics! I will share my experience with many people. So many people are just afraid to have anyone touch their feet or they are embarrassed for anyone to look at their feet. Why be in pain when you do not have to be!
Poor quality patient care. Only in practice for the money not his patients. Needs to improve greatlyon his practice standards!!
Toe straightening- Dr MacLin is a high quality guy that cares about what he's doing. His and my personalities are opposite and clashed a little but I could tell that he was a surgeon I could trust. Everything went exactly as he said. No complications or unpleasant surprises.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Maclin! He is conservative and caring. The best as far as I am concerned.
