I had a tibial plateau fracture. Dr Gibbons was my surgeon. I feel him and his office nurse have been just great!! They take time to explain everything and answer any questions I have.

Dr.Gibbons always answered my questions,explained my surgeries and what I needed to do Post-op. Reception was friendly and easy to work with. Dr.Gibbons' nurse Vicki personally took me back each time and I appreciated her smile and special attention. I am continuing my physical therapy and Dr.Gibbons is following my progress. I feel I got excellent care from Dr.Gibbons and his staff at Mason City Clinic Orthopedics.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

I recently had rotator cuff surgery and tendonitis surgery at the Mason City Surgery Center. My surgeon is out of the Mason City Clinic. Dr. Gibbons and his staff made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. Before the surgeries, I was concerned about the limitations of my arm and thumb after surgery. Visiting with Dr Gibbons at Mercy Clinic The appt. was on time no waiting and the staff was very helpful in getting me around in the wheelchair.The Dr. reviewed my Xray and explained everything very clearly

Fantastic personality, looks at you and really listens to what you have to say. Nice to see his smile when he greats you. I am nervous enough going to a doctor, let alone being rudely greeted as I was with Eric J Potthoff, DO. I am so so very glad that i changed to Dr. Gibbons. If I were to have to have surgery again, there will be no reason for me to be nervous at all. Results are FANTASTIC for me and his treatment of me was just as good. KEEP IT UP!!!! GREAT JOB!!!
