Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

It will take a few months to see Dr. Beer or the other members of Southwest Shoulder Elbow and Hand, but it is well worth the wait. Dr. Beer has done my thumb and my shoulder with excellent results. You can't go wrong here.
