Poor Service on 01/01/09 Wanted to try the new place on 41st and Peoria. No wait and empty tables. Sat at a booth with my two kids and WAITED. After 10 minutes the waitress brought our drinks and said she would be back to take our order. 10 minutes later I asked for help, 5 minutes still no help so we packed up and left. I told everyone waiting now in line and we all headed up the road to BBD. Stick with Breakfast by Day!
Best place for breakfast Jimmys has one of the best omlets in the area. We always ask for yolk free omlets and they make them with no problem. The bacon is crispy and the coffee always fresh. They also have great burgers.
RecommendedGreat place for meat eaters. Not the place of you need vegan or vegetarian. Husband has lots of choices but I had no vegan choices and the vegetarian choices were the sides which weren’t very appetizing sounding to me. Ended up with a plate of fried food. Poor stomach won’t be happy later. Husband loves this place and highly recommends if you love a diner with standard old fashioned diner food.
