Easy to setup an appointment. Flexible with schedule. I accompanied Tim during inspection, but he did not communicate much during the process. I expected him to pint out any issues to me during inspection, rather than finding out in the report. Some of the appliances were not inspected due to contents in appliances, but Tim did not mention that to me, otherwise I would have asked homeowner to remove contents.
